Global Platforms is a sister-NGO to Mellemfolkeligt Samvirke, made to support young people, organisations and movements fighting for social justice through more than 70 platforms and youth-led initiatives across the world.
I worked extensively with the user experience, identifying what would matter the most to the target audience and how that information should be presented and structured — those principles then guided the visual design, which I wanted to feel bold, loud and proud, and above all; authentic.
The design features an index of all the individual platforms, events, and a large library of editorial content (with lots of options for different kinds of articles) and can be seen live at globalplatforms.org
